You never know when your going to want to reference past conversations. I find it common in the San Diego real estate business that the content of conversations changes over time when recalled by memory. Hi, I am not so familiar with such technics in chatting online.. Archiving a chat session is a nice thing for me to know. It is important most especially when you are having a online interview with your employer, you can retrieve the session that you had. And from that you can review the questions that he asked to you. I LOVE saving my MSN chats with people. I don't always do it, but when I have a specific discussion that something gets resolved in, I pretty much always save it for future reference.
