I love to form an impression of almost anything I see before I start working on it, mostly by its name, so that it kick-starts the thinking process in my brain in any random direction that I later change to the focus of my job, at full-rev. When I saw the name Cuzoogle, I was just trying to make some (non) sense in which a blog could be another Google. And yeah, I somehow find it to be this way, when I load Cuzoogle in my browser!

A vast index of posts made under the labels varying from books and college football to fashion and entertainment, sports to TV shows, baseball to NBA and Halifax to Toronto (Raptors!) , Cuzoogle is another cool WordPress[dot]Com hosted blog. As many as 5-6 freelancers contribute interesting stuff to this blog based on “Digg 3-Column” template by WP Designer.

I just wonder, if that is Cuzzy shouting out “Cuzoogle” from the crowd, in the header image! The Entries RSS and Comments RSS are at prime positions just below the header image, along with the search feature. The admin can think of reducing the number of posts shown on the main page to help minimize the use of vertical scroll bar, beyond requirement i.e. below the point where both the sidebars end!

The organization of components in the right sidebar is just about the right. However, the image thumbnails can be removed from the “Recent Comments” widget if there aren’t any images available. Real Estate is valuable, Cuzzy! The left sidebar needs to be worked up on. Group together the components with similar sizes, like the BlogCatalog, MyBlogLog and similar buttons! Either the 2 RSS feeds down below, or the category images; can be placed right at the starting of the left sidebar just below the Visits stat counter, for maximizing the exposure, followed by the social network buttons and archives. It’s always better to show the number of Unique Hits in the stat counter, rather than the page reloads.

About the content, I’d just say, Cuzzy! Change the “About Cuzoogle“ page, we are also reading your blog besides your mum.
